We do our best to deliver your order to your home as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days

  • Delivery time within the Netherlands: 1-3 business days

  • Shipping costs: €4.95

  • Shipping costs for larger packages: €7.00

  • Free shipping on orders over €50

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code.

Returns

Not satisfied? No problem.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Please note:
Due to hygiene and food safety, opened products cannot be returned.

Conditions:

  • The product is unopened and in original condition

  • Return costs are at your own expense

  • Shipping costs are not reimbursed

After receiving the return shipment, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 5 business days.

Ubejoy: A Taste of Joy from the Philippines

The inspiring story

Ubejoy is more than a drink. It is a feeling of warmth, color, and connection.

My name is Ligaya, which means "joy" in Tagalog, the language of the Philippines. Every few years, my brother and I travel back to the Philippines, where most of my family lives, in Luzon, in the north of the country.

During these trips, my love for ube grew into something deeper: a connection to my roots, my family, and the culture in which it has been cherished for generations.

What started as a discovery, became a passion. And ultimately: a mission.

Why the name Ubejoy?

Ubejoy combines ube, the iconic purple yam from the Philippines, with joy: the feeling of warmth, tranquility, and small moments of happiness.

It stands for conscious enjoyment.

The refined floral pattern on our packaging is inspired by the sampaguita, the national flower of the Philippines.
